He was interested to listen to us so that was awesome! He has also cooked for Carrie Underwood and others! I am so stoked!! Hopefully something good comes out of it.
Other than that it was a pretty normal missionary week. We worked real hard and even tracted for like 3 hours straight! That is the most I have tracted in one outing. We got one new investigators out of it so I am happy about that. This week we did a lot of service. We helped clean up some of the debris from the tornado that came in. That was pretty fun! Being around the APs everyday had been awesome! We also helped the STLs make a pen for this dog. That was also a party. I love doing service because it just re-energizes me!
The talk I really studied this week was M. Russell Ballard talk, "Return and Receive." My favorite part was to ask yourself "how am I doing?" I asked myself this and went through a personal interview. I came to the conclusion that my mission goal is to return with honor. I will work and do all I can so I can return with honor. I urge all of you to ask in prayer "how am I doing?" Then, be humble enough to recognize and do what the Lord wants. Our goal should be His goal "to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man." Let us align ourselves with his plan so we can return to His presence and receive all that He has.
Sorry for the short one this week but not much to report on. I love y'all and have blessed week!
